    When used in range-finding mode, the Golf 600 finds and measures the distance to a target very quickly. It uses an internal liquid crystal display (LCD) to show the user where to aim the laser and the distance measured. This measurement is then retained for reference.

  • Page 4 Golf 600 Product Features The illustration below shows the main features of the Golf 600. The Golf 600 has two operating buttons marked Eyepiece and ‘Mode’. Depending on the status of the device, these focusing ring Power button buttons will power on the device, set the operating modes and capture the measurement data.
  • Page 5 (- - - -). The unit of measure is shown to the right of the distance as M (metres) or Y (yards). The Golf 600 is accurate to within plus or minus one metre at any distance so will provide greater accuracy for targets that are further away.
  • Page 6 The bottom right of the LCD will show ‘M’ or ‘Y’. To switch back again, press and hold the ‘Mode’ button High for a further 2 seconds. Level The Golf 600 will power off automatically if not used for 20 seconds.
