The SG010400004 shall be installed, operated and stored in a room with a floor area larger than 1.92 m The air conditioner is supplied pre-charged. If any refrigerant is added to the system the minimum floor area will need to be calculated for all models.

The installation site should be 180cm or more above the floor.     MAINTENANCE Note: There are no user serviceable components in the air conditioner. All servicing must be done by a suitably licensed, qualified technician. Periodic maintenance is required to keep your air conditioner operating efficiently. Turn off the power before you perform any maintenance; otherwise it may cause electric shock.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
