Page 4 Installationshinweise Wichtige Installationshinweise Der Erdspieß muss senkrecht und ausreichend fest in das Erdreich ge- steckt werden, damit der Spritzwasserschutz gegeben ist. Der Anschluss muss an einer geerdeten Schutzkontaktsteckdose erfolgen, die ebenfalls den Anforderungen der Schutzart IP44 genügt. Achten Sie darauf, dass sich bei nicht belegten Steckdosen der Klappde- ckel dicht schließen lässt und sich keine Fremdkörper zwischen Deckel und Steckdose befinden.

The sockets com- ply with all regulations regarding splash proof applications (Degree of pro- tection IP44).
Page 6 Installation Notes Important Note on Installation Drive the spike into the ground vertically and make sure it has a firm stand to ensure the unit is safely upright and protected from splashing water. Connect the unit only to a socket which is earthed according to the regula- tions and corresponds to the requirements of IP 44.
