H. Installing Brackets To Optional Tool Chest (Use With A Solid Top) For solid top, use brackets and hardware that came with the tool chest. Brackets Use four bolts CC and install brackets to top of tool chest. Be sure that brackets are pushed in as close together as possible.

J. Installing Bottom Trays Use two people to rotate Welding table shown welding table. with optional tool chest. It is recommended that a piece of cardboard be placed on the floor to prevent damaging the finish on the end subframes. Rotate the welding table on its side as shown.

L. Installing Dust Tray And Tube Caps Dust Tray Install dust tray into rail slides as follows: Tilt rear of tray down and lift front of tray up. Place flange on rear of tray behind angle iron support. Lower front tray until approximately level.

M. Installing Stiffener Brackets And Work Lead Tab To level the 60S or 60SX, adjust leveling feet for the center subframe first. Then adjust leveling feet for the end subframes. After setting the welding table in place, make final adjustments to leveling feet keeping the tops level and the feet solid on the floor.
SECTION 5 − ACCESSORIES 5-1. Installing Optional Tool Chest Under X-Pattern Top Dust Tray Remove dust tray from rail slides as follows: Slide tray out. Lift front of tray up. Pull tray out from rail slides. For X-pattern top, use rails that came with the dust tray and hardware that came with the tool chest.
5-2. Installing Optional Tool Chest Under Solid Top For solid top, use brackets and hardware that came with the tool chest. Brackets Tools Needed: Tool Chest 1/2 in. Use four bolts CC that came with the tool chest and install brackets to hex bit 3/16 in.
5-3. Installing Optional Dust Tray Dust Tray Rails Use the supplied four bolts AA and four locknuts ZZ and install dust tray rails to the welding table. Be Tools Needed: sure that dust tray rails are on the inside of the subframe assemblies. 1/2 in.
5-4. Installing Optional Vise Kit Optional Vise Mount Install and secure vise to the vise mount using supplied hardware. Tools Needed: Remove tube cap from end subframe tube. 9/16 in. Insert vise mount into end subframe tube and secure with supplied bolt hex bit 5/16 in.
5-5. Installing Optional Vise Mount Optional Vise Mount Remove tube cap from end subframe tube. Insert vise mount into end subframe Tools Needed: tube and secure with supplied bolt Customer Supplied Vise Place customer supplied vise on top of plate and mark hole locations. Drill appropriate sized holes in plate for customer supplied mounting hardware.
5-6. Installing Optional Interior Shelf Optional Interior Shelf Brackets Mounting Hole Selection Install shelf brackets to rear legs of Tools Needed: end subframes and secure with supplied hardware. 1/2, 7/16 in. Interior Shelf Install shelf onto brackets and hex bit secure with supplied hardware.
5-8. Installing Convenience Kit Tool Tray Optional Tool Tray Select the desired side of the welding table to install the tool tray. EE and ZZ Use two supplied bolts EE and Tools Needed: locknuts ZZ to secure tool tray to subframe.
