    • This juicer is for indoor use only. Do not use this juicer for anything other than its intended use. Do not use in moving vehicles or boats. Do not use outdoors.
  • Page 9 • Always use the pusher provided. Do not place hand or fingers into the food tube when it is attached to the juicer. If food becomes lodged in the feed tube, use the pusher to dislodge it. Turn the motor off and ensure that all moving parts have stopped before disassembling the juicer to remove the remaining food.

  • Page 19 HARDENED CUTTER The heart of the grinder/triturator is the PURE cutter made from knife grade 440a stainless steel that has been heat-treated to stay sharp longer. The cutter is so sharp and hard that, with good care, it will stay sharp for years and possibly the life of the machine. The cutter has been sharpened to the precise angle to triturate vegetables with the lightest push.
  • Page 20 GRIDS Smooth Sided, No Sharp Edges. The least understood part of the two-stage juicer are the grids. The grids regulate the fineness of the grind. The PURE Juicer comes with seven grids: four for juicing (#5, #6, #7 & #10) and three for fine grinding and nut butters (#2, #3, #4).
  • Page 21 A commercial user will often use the largest to reduce fatigue, increase speed and decrease heat. When a two-stage juicer is run for hours there can be a lot of heat generated. If not effectively controlled, this heats the mash and shortens the life of the juice.

    The motor is thermally protected and NOTE ON designed to shut down if it overheats or stalls. Turn the power switch off, THERMAL wait a few minutes for the motor to reset itself, and turn the power on PROTECTION again. Learn to never push so hard as to stall the motor.

Our PURE LSHP (low-stick high-porosity) press cloths are custom woven to our specification from food-grade yarn.
