Intended Use The KLUTCH Three-Tier Cabinet cart provides an integrated all-in-one solution for portable welder or plasma cutting applications. It is designed for the welder or plasma cutter to sit on top of the cart. The middle shelf allows a second unit to be added to this cart. The locking bottom cabinet provides secure storage for your valuable welding tools.

Assembly Instructions Refer to the following illustration and the Parts Diagram during assembly. Top Shelf Cable Wraps Middle Shelf Locking Cabinet Door Wheel Caster 1. Place the base panel on a sturdy surface with the side lips facing up. Find the long slots at the back of the base unit.

7. Using the supplied Philips head bolt, slide on a flat washer and insert it into the pre-drilled holes in the right side of the plastic door hinge. Then insert this assembly into the pre-drilled holes in the front of the cabinet. Add a flat washer, lock washer, and nut onto the back to secure. Repeat for the other right side hole in that hinge.
Maintenance Maintain your Welding Cart by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the following recommended procedures: Regularly clean the outer surfaces with a clean cloth. DO NOT use harsh cleaners. Before each use, inspect the general condition of the Welding Cart. Check for loose screws, misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation.
