1.4. Navigation command Turn ON: Press button and “Self By Zensorium” logo appears together with Blue LED and a single vibration. Turn OFF: Press and hold button for 3-5 seconds until “Self By Zensorium” logo appears and phases off with a single vibration. -

1.5. Charging 1. Plug the USB cable into the USB port of your computer or mobile phone adapter then connect the 2 charging pins on the USB charge dock to the 2 charging pins on the back of your device. Note: Please do not place your device to charge dock if your device is wet. -

2.3 Setup - Pairing Turn ON device and press “PAIR” On APP, find your device by checking the serial number under “Self by Zensorium”. You can compare the serial number shown on your device. Note: Turn on the Bluetooth and Internet feature on your smartphone. -

Fasten the device snugly on your lower arm, about a finger’s width above your wrist bone. Make sure the Zensorium logo is upright and the optical sensor on the back is in contact with your skin. Note: For optimal accuracy, do not wear your device too tight as it may restrict blood flow, which may potentially affect the signal. -
