The door of my Hostess HL6200DB is not fully shutting and there is no apparent obstruction. There is a lot of “play” in both hinges and I **** considering drilling out and replacing the rivets in the hinges.
Is this a good idea and what size drill bit and replacement rivets should I use?

HL6200 SERIES F. CABINET ITEMS Magnetic catch 111 is a push-fit in front top panel 109. To remove front top panel 109, remove both sliding table tops completely (see A.1.) and magnetic catch 111. Drill out the rivet at each end of the front slide panel using a 3mm bit. Use extreme care when drilling.
