If this is activated, the appliance will turn itself off, whilst the display will remain on. The Brewer must be unplugged before it can be reset. To reset the Brewer, wait until it has cooled down, then power it on again and check if the “pilot light”...
BEFORE FIRST USE 1. Remove all packaging from the inside and outside of the Brewer. 2. Fill the Brewer to 5 cm (2 inches) below Max, boil and discard the water. 3. Assemble the Brewer - fit the bazooka filter on the inside of the tap, prepare the wort cooler so it is ready to put into the brew later.

BREWING Mount the round top sparge plate, then hang the pump tube into the lid and plug in the power supply to start circulating the wort. Regulate circulation to slow and steady by using the tap handle. A position between 3-4 o’clock is typically OK. With the right slow flow, you will get natural filter support from the malt bed as well as the perforated bottom and bazooka filter.

FINESSER & FÖRDELAR Separat inner-hink (maltpipa) med perforerad botten för lakning och sköljning samt för enkel borttagning av malten efter mäskningen. Maltpipan kan fixeras i bottenläge för mäskning eller i upphöjt läge för sköljning (dränering) eller lakning. Kranen är försedd med ett “bazooka-filter” på insidan som tar bort malt- och humlerester.
TORRKOKNINGSSKYDD Bryggverket har en inbyggd termisk begränsare med automatisk återställning som stänger av vid torrkokning. Om begränsaren aktiveras stänger verket av men kontrollampan lyser fortfarande. Du måste då dra ur elsladden för att kunna återställa. För att återställa, vänta tills verket har svalnat, sätt sedan i sladden igen och kolla om värmelampan lyser.

FÖRE FÖRSTA ANVÄNDANDE 1. Ta bort allt förpackningsmaterial från in- och utsida. 2. Fyll bryggverket till nästan fullt. Koka upp och töm sedan ut vattnet. 3. Montera sedan ihop verket med bazookafiltret på kranens insida. Ta fram vörtkylaren, den behöver du efter mäskningen. Koppla fast pumpen på kranen men starta den inte än. Ha även den perforerade topp-plåten redo men sätt inte fast ännu, det kommer senare (se nedan).

BRYGGNING Montera den runda topp-plåten, häng sedan in pumpen med sin slang i locket och plugga in nätaggregatet så att pumpen startar. Reglera cirkulationen så att den blir långsam genom att öppna kranen lagom mycket. En handtagsposition ca klockan 3-4 brukar vara rätt.
