    This operating manual is part of the device documentation and is an integral part of the described Aquajet from JAMADE GERMANY GMBH. The device documentation is to be kept permanently at the place of use of the Aquajet so that it is available when required.

    2 Security The basic requirement for the safe handling and trouble-free operation of the Aquajet from JAMADE GERMANY GMBH is the knowledge of the basic safety instructions and the safety regulations. Furthermore, the rules and regulations for accident prevention applicable for the place of use must be observed.

    The minimum operating depth is 1 m. The Aquajet is seawater resistant and therefore suitable for use in both fresh and salt water. The vehicle is made of non-rusting materials and with highly resistant corrosion protection.

    Depth Sensor The Aquajet is equipped with a depth sensor. This is located on the back of the device. The depth sensor is factory set to a maximum diving depth of 2 m. When the set maximum diving depth is reached, the motor is automatically switched off. The motor can only be switched on again when the Aquajet is above the set maximum diving depth.

    2.7.3 GPS Thanks to the integrated GPS, the Aquajet can be located at any time above water with the AMAZEA APP within the reception range of a mobile phone network (see also chapter 6 AMAZEA APP).

    4 Assembly and Use 4.1 Initial Operation ► Remove the Aquajet and the charger from the AMAZEA case and place them on a stable, dry and protected surface. ► Remove the accessories such as the batteries from their packaging and place them on a stable, dry and protected surface.

    The charge status can be checked on the battery at any time. There are two LED lights below the charging plug on the charger. LED 1 and LED 2 light up red: the charger is switched on, charging is in progress. LED 2 lights green: battery fully charged, charging process completed.

    • To ascend, pull the bow of the Aquajet upwards with arms stretched out by the handles. The higher the speed, the easier the steering manoeuvres will be, as the body acts like a rudder under water.

    7 Storage • Clean the Aquajet thoroughly before storage. • For storage the Aquajet must be completely dry. • Take the batteries out of the battery box and store them separately. • Check the charge level regularly to protect the batteries from total discharge. If the charge level is too low, charge the batteries with the supplied charger.

    8 Maintenance, Repair and Cleaning 8.1 Maintenance Maintenance work on the Aquajet that goes beyond the work described in this chapter may only be carried out by authorised JAMADE GERMANY GMBH personnel.
