Troubleshooting
Faults Possible causes Remedies
The pump does not start No supply voltage. Check the electric connections and the fuses.
Faulty capacitor (single-phase motors). Change the capacitor.
Rotor blocked by deposits on the impeller. Select the maximum speed and/or free the
rotor with a screwdriver.
The system is noisy Flow rate too high. Select a lower speed.
Air in the system. Bleed the system.
The pump is noisy Air in the pump. Bleed the pump.
Intake pressure too low. Increase the intake pressure.
The pump starts and then Dirt or scale between the rotor and the Check that the shaft is turning freely. Remove
