Setting teletypewriter

• Disable: TTY mode is disabled.

Full: User who cannot talk and hear, sends and
receives a text message.

Talk: User who can talk but cannot hear, receive a

Hear: User who can hear but cannot talk, sends a text
message and receive voice message.
