    ASSEMBLY Assembly requires two persons. Place all parts of the bicycle in a cleared area and remove the packing materi- als. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. Assembly requires a 5mm hex key , a Phillips screwdriver , and an adjustable wrench 1.
  • Page 8 4. See HOW TO USE A QUICK-RELEASE LEVER on page 16 and pull the quick- release lever on the seat post binder to the open position. Orient the seat post so that the nose of the seat faces forward, and then insert the seat post into the frame.
