Troubleshooting

No Power
Make sure the power cord is not disconnected or loose.
Make sure the fuse and electricity outlet are working properly.
Forget Parental Control Password
Select " PASSWORD EDIT" and enter "0000" to reset the password.
AUDIO Interconnection Issues
Check if S-Video and Composite (AV) share the same audio source.
Power is ON but No Screen Image
Make sure the antenna or video cable is not disconnected to the LCD TV or loose.
Check input source settings.
Wrong or Abnormal Colors
If any colors (red, green, or blue) are missing, check the video cable to make sure it is
connected. Loose or broken pins of the cable connector could cause failure.
Remote Control Does Not Work
The batteries may be dead or may be inserted incorrectly. Replace the batteries.
Make sure the remote control is within 20 feet of the infrared remote sensors on the TV front.
Make sure there is nothing blocking the infrared remote sensors on the remote or the TV.
Snow Appears on Screen
Check your antenna connection.
Check the TV / CATV selection.
No Sound
Press MUTE on the remote control to make sure MUTE disappears from the screen.
Check the audio settings. The LCD HDTV audio may be set to SAP or minimum.
Press the Volume + (Up) key on the remote control.
Make sure the speaker setting is set to "internal"
