iMAGsystems TH800DS Controller Manual TH800DS is an IP control box that is used as an AV control device for managing, configuring and controlling iMAGsystems THUNDER encoders and decoders on the local area network. In this case, you can control and manage encoders and decoders at the LAN2 (C) side through LAN control (Telnet & Web GUI). The default IP parameters of this RJ45 port are IP address 169.254.1.1 and subnet mask 255.255.0.0.

Before accessing the device, make sure that your computer and LAN2 (C) port are on the same subnet. The default IP parameters of this RJ45 port are IP address 192.168.11.243 and subnet mask 255.255.0.0.

Note: After changing the IP settings of an Encoder or Decoder, you need to reboot them for the settings to take effect as well as to ensure that they remain on the same subnet as other Encoders and Decoders and TH800DS.

For example, if you create 3 x 3 matrix in iMAGsystems THUNDER Manager, which contains 2 x 2 video wall (IPD3000), multi-view (IPM3000) and single view (IPD1000) settings, you can use the same scene Matrix3x3 in the Web configuration page after importing its configuration file.

iMAGsystems TH800DS Controller Manual Web configuration page offers administrator and common user accounts. The unique administrator admin can perform all tasks in the web configuration page. You can assign a common user role that limits which tasks the user can perform, for example, by allowing them only to perform matrix switching and to control video wall. You can use an administrator account to access the settings for Scenes, TX/RX Settings and System Settings while only Scenes settings can be accessed using a common user account.
