If you are going to run wires in your arch, it
is best to do as you assemble it.
Position of holes to wire are up to the
customer.
If you need to swap mounts " deck or side"
send yours back along with $25 for
shipping and we will exchange.
Hand tighten all stainless hardware. If
you use power tools the bolts will lock
up. Use a lube on the top Center Bolts.
Loctite Bolts that your are not going to
loosen.

  • Page 2 Assembly Step 1 Step 2 Place 2 O-Rings on each elbow, Insert Elbows into arch tops and approx 2” and 8” from the end. reinsert bolts with locktite. Do not tighten bolts all the way at this point Make sure to have the elbows going to the right on one arch side and to the left on the other.
  • Page 3 Installation Step 1 Step 2 Install backing plates if possible and tighten bolts. Position the arch where you would like to mount it. Note: The mounting bolts are the only hardware that we do not supply. Have a friend holdit in place if possible. Then drill holes.
