To fix the top floor lock issue on an ARITCO 7000 Series lift that is not releasing:

1. Check Wire Tension: Ensure the locking wire is properly stretched with no slack. Adjust the wire tension on the locking plate as needed.

2. Check Limit Switches:
- Disconnect the electrical supply (switch marked “Lift machinery”).
- Dismantle the top shaft panel (below the panel with the inspection lid for the drive screw).
- Adjust the position of the screw to correct the limit switch function.

3. Check Stop Switch at Top Floor: Ensure the top floor stop switch (b36) is functioning correctly. When the lift is on the top floor, the switch should be open and the control light should be off.

4. Perform Functionality Test: After adjustments, test the lift to confirm proper function.

If the issue persists, refer to the installation instructions for detailed guidance.

My landing push station on an ARITCO 7000 Series lift is flashing red and green and the lift is not operating. This came straight after a power cut. Is there a way to see the fault and deal with it?

To troubleshoot a flashing red and green landing push station on an ARITCO 7000 Series lift after a power cut, follow these steps:

1. Check the Door Blocking Circuit: The U5 module controls door blocking. A flashing button indicates an open circuit. Reset it by pressing the button until a sound is heard (about 2 seconds).

2. Reset the Service Alarm Relay: If the service alarm is lit, reset it as described in section 5.4 of the manual.

3. Check Lift Occupied Mode: Ensure the lift is not in occupied mode and reset it if necessary.

4. Use the Emergency Run Limit Switch: If the lift has exceeded its operating zone, use the emergency run limit button along with the up or down buttons to bring it back into the operating zone.

5. Verify Power Restoration: The lift should automatically return to main power after a failure. If not, check for power supply issues.

6. Contact a Competent Person: If the issue persists after performing these steps, seek professional assistance.

These actions should help resolve the issue with the flashing red and green push station after a power cut.

If the landing push station on an ARITCO 7000 Series lift is flashing red and green while the lift still operates, it indicates an error condition recorded in the Error Memory. However, the lift can still function despite the error.
