4. Installing the Built-In FDD in the Server

This section describes how to install the N8151-79 Built-In FDD in your system.

4.1 NEC Express5800/110Gd

Before you start
Perform the following steps according to your User's Guide.
– Power off the server.
– Remove the slide cover from the server.
– Remove the front mask from the server.

Remove all cables connected to the file bay.
3.
Remove the screws securing the hard disk drive bay.
4.
Pull the file bay from the server with the release tabs on both sides pushed.
