After taking a picture, you can check the menu as
follow:

Description
If you tap this icon after taking a
picture, you can set it as a
wallpaper or send a message via
MMS, Email and Bluetooth.
If you don't want to save the
picture, you can delete it.
You can go back to previous
menu without saving the picture.
