11.1 Warranty declaration

MT.DERM GmbH is certified in acc. with:
DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 (quality manage-
ment system for quality assurance)
DIN EN ISO 13485:2012 (quality man-
agement system for medical products)
For this product, the statutory warranty
period applies to radio interference prob-
lems resulting from defects in material
and workmanship.
We guarantee sterility for the safety car-
tridges with delivery of sealed and un-
damaged packaging. For complaints re-

lating to safety cartridges, please notify
us of the batch number printed on the
label.
We do not provide warranty cover in re-
spect of the following types of damage:
Damage and secondary damage arising
from unintended use or failure to
comply with the operating instructions,
such as damage due to dropping
Damage arising from the ingress of
