Portfolio with Removable
Bluetooth® Keyboard
Stylus Holder
The portfolio case is a rugged, lightweight case for protecting your Slate PC and includes a
removable Bluetooth® keyboard. In addition to protecting your slate, the portfolio case can
be used as an easel to view your system conveniently, hands-free. When you pair up your
system with the Bluetooth keyboard, it's similar to using a typical notebook computer. Be
sure to read this manual before installing your system into the case.

    Inserting the System into the Portfolio Case To ensure that your system is installed correctly in the portfolio case, perform the following steps. Place the case on a flat surface and open it by unsnapping the magnetic flap. (Figure 2) Remove the Bluetooth keyboard by lifting it from the case (it is attached magnetically).

System Upright in Portfolio Case Using the Bluetooth Keyboard Prior to pairing your Bluetooth keyboard with your Slate PC, it must first be fully charged. Charging the Bluetooth keyboard Using the included charging cable, plug the Micro USB connector on the end of the cable into the Micro USB port located on the right side of the Bluetooth keyboard (see Figure 5).

With the slate in land- scape position, the wireless device switch is on the right side of the unit.
