how to use your coffee maker
Read all safety instructions before using the coffee maker for the first time
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Connect the appliance to the mains power supply.
2. Remove jug from stand.
3. Open water tank lid. Pour the required amount of fresh water into the water tank. The water level
is visible through the translucent water tank. Do not exceed the 10 cup maximum level.
Close the water tank lid. Place jug (with lid) on the platform.
4. Add the required amount of ground coffee. As a guide, you need 1 table spoon of medium-fine
ground coffee per cup.
5. Push the on/off switch-the power light comes on. After a few moments brewing starts.
6. When brewing is finished, switch off appliance and remove jug from the platform. Press the level
to pour out coffee from thermal jug to serve.
Warning:
Do not lift the lid straight after brewing has finished. Excess hot water may still be in the
reservior and can be ejected from the water spout. Allow the appliance to cool before
opening the lid.
