    MACCHINE E ACCESSORI INTRODUCTION The purpose of this manual is to convey the necessary knowledge for the use and maintenance of the motorcycle lifter, and to create a sense of responsibility and knowledge of the capabilities and limits of this machine entrusted to the operator. This machine too must be entrusted to experienced and reliable operators and must be perfectly known, if it is to be used effectively and without danger.

    MACHINES AND ACCESSORIES SAFETY WARNINGS 2.1 General safety rules Risks associate to usage of the motorcycle lifter  DO NOT underestimate the risks associated with using the motorcycle lifter, and concentrate on the work you are doing.  Despite the implementation of all safety devices for safe use of the machine, it is necessary take note of all the requirements for the prevention of the accidents reported in various parts of this manual.

S008/M) is a lifting apparatus to be used raising motor vehicles, OTORCYCLE LIFTER in order to make their maintenance and/or repair comfortable and safe.     MACHINES AND ACCESSORIES MACHINE SAFETIES 5.1 Safety lock rod The safety lock rod is inserted in the carrier frame: it prevents sudden and undesired lowering of the lifter. Once inserted, the locking rod is maintained in position by means of a cotter pin. See figure 5.

    MACHINES AND ACCESSORIES INSTALLATION AND START-UP 8.1 How to remove the packaging . S008/M is delivered in a wooden crate. OTORCYCLE LIFTER Before eliminating the packaging, be careful not to reject machine parts, the instruction manual or any other documentation.

Lay the platform on a flat and levelled surface, sufficiently strong to sustain its own weight and the load (~560 kg). 2. Screw the adjustable feet (located at the rear part of the machine) until both pivoting casters get detached from the floor.

Each jaw must be secured by means of four M10x20 bolts, eight flat washers and four M10 nuts. Use two wrenches for hexagon nuts in order to tighten the bolts and the nuts, as shown in figure 12.

Always lock the platform Before starting to use the platform, lift the rear casters from the floor by means of the adjustable feet, in order to prevent it from turning over or from moving unexpectedly. 5.

This manual does not give in-depth information on repair and extraordinary maintenance, as these operations are to be executed always and exclusively by personnel from the manufacturer’s Service department.
