Add heat spreaders
for Everyday
Direct Grilling.
Or leave them out for
two-zone grilling. It's up
to you. For more info on how
to use your heat spreaders,
see intro section.

Place a Briq
in the pan.
Make sure to put the
notched corner of the
Briq in the lower right
corner of the Briq pan,
so the Briq sits flat.

Plug in your Spark.
Open the drawer at
the front of the grill.

Close the
drawer firmly.
The drawer will be close
to flush with the kettle.
