Before your installation, it is recommended to check your network environment. If there is any IEEE 802.3at device that needs to be powered on and works normally, the 5720-44 30W PoE Injector provides you with a way out to supply power to this Ethernet device conveniently and easily.

Hardware Installation 1. Firstly Disassemble the cable gland as shown below: 2. Next, Turn clockwise to tighten the gland body (with washer) connected to the outdoor PoE Injector Important: Make sure the clamping nut is tightly attached to the cable gland body and the sealing insert is squeezed tightly.

PTZ (Pan, Tilt & Zoom) network camera, color touch screen, Voice over IP (VoIP) telephones and multi-channel wireless LAN access points which support IEEE 802.3 at/af In-Line Power over Ethernet port. Once 5720-44 detects the existence of an IEEE 802.3at/af device, the PoE-in-Use LED indicator will be steadily on to show it providing power.
