81 years old and depend on our 7100R for its aggressive lumbar…both of my chairs are over 3 years old. One has started to lose air pressure to the lumbar…slowly losing air over about 30 minutes. Fortunately I have a second chair since they are so important therapeutic solutions to my chronic back pain. I **** very handy in electrical, mechanics and even pneumatic systems, but cannot identify the offender in the system. I have taken the chair completely down, exposing the bladder, the pump and all tubing but have identified no leak…sprayed soapy water at and about all components, including the lumbar bladder but have not identified the issue …help please.
