    Operating Instruction RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENT: Pedaling resistance is controlled by the tension knob located under the handlebar. To increase resistance, turn the tension knob clockwise. To decrease resistance, turn the tension knob counter clockwise. SEAT ADJUSTMENT : Proper seat adjustment is critical to exercise efficiently and avoid the risk of injury.

For loose (tight) chain, slightly tighten loosen the Screw (2N) on the right side by 1 or 2 turn clockwise (counterclockwise). Then also slightly tighten (loosen) the Screw (2N) on the left side.
