How to loosen ?
Rotate the upper-cover counterclockwise
To adjust the height of the handlebars, loosen the quick-release
lever and slide the T-bar to the desired position and make pop-
button to be filled in the hole.

If you notice your scooter a bit wobbly, check your
wheel axles, clamps or brakes for needed
tightening. Give your scooter a quick inspection and
tighten any loose parts. This should only take a few
minutes. Please always remember.
How to tighten?
Rotate the upper-cover clockwise
Be careful not to over-tighten.You should always be able to loosen
and tighten the quick-release lever by hand and the T-tube should
slide freely with the quick-release loosened.
