My device is more than 3 years old. It’s now giving the error light below when I switch it on and then it switches off. I washed and dried it with no solution. Please advise how I can get the device to work

To fix the error light issue on your Electra Health+ 8073 device that turns off after switching on, follow these steps:

1. Ensure you have followed the instructions properly.
2. Check that the outlet supply is switched on.
3. Confirm that the main supply fuse or circuit breaker has not blown or tripped.
4. Pour out all water in the reservoir and replace the tank correctly.

If the device still does not work after these steps, contact the Service Centre.
