- Page 8 Mincer Insert the feed screw so that it attaches to the coupling inside the mincing chamber. Carefully attach the cutting blade to the front of the feed screw. Choose a mincing plate to suit your desired level of mincing – coarse, medium or fine, and slot that in front of the cutting blade.
