Copy Forth User Variables to Serial RAM.

Copy the first 16 Character patterns from Flash to the UDG area in Internal RAM.
Copy the StartScreen in Flash to Video RAM at line 8 on the screen.
Wait for 2s or until a key is pressed, then execute Abort.
Abort:
Reset the data stack.
Enter Decimal Base Arithmetic.
Clear the screen and display the startup message.
Execute Quit to start interpreting User commands.
