– press HYGROMETER .– press MIN.
Note: The maximum / minimum records display is active for a few seconds
at a time. Afterwards, the display automatically returns to the current data
display. Alternatively, press MIN / MAX to return to the current data display
immediately.
To .clear .the .maximum .and .minimum .records . .
– press HYGROMETER – .press CLEAR.
Indicator .for .indoor .climate
The comfort indicator informs you whether the
environment is DRY/COMFORT or WET. It depends on
the temperature and the humidity as you can see in
the schematic diagram. If no indicator is displayed you
are not in the zones defined as DRY/COMFORT/WET.
Maintenance
The following guidelines will help you to take care of the JACOB JENSEN
Hygrometer II Silver Version so that you can enjoy it for many years.
1. Keep the hygrometer dry at all times. If it becomes wet, wipe it dry
immediately. Liquids can contain minerals that might corrode the
electronic circuits.
2. Use and store the hygrometer only under normal temperatures.
Temperature extremes can shorten the life of electronic components,
damage batteries and distort or melt plastic parts.

. Handle the hygrometer gently and with care. If it is dropped, circuit
boards can be damaged, resulting in malfunction.
4. Keep the hygrometer free from dust and dirt, to avoid the premature
wear of parts.
5. Clean the hygrometer by wiping with a soft cloth.
Do not use aggressive chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong detergents.
6. Use only fresh batteries of the required size and type. Always remove
old or weak batteries as they might leak chemicals that will destroy the
product.
7. Modifying or tampering with the internal components of the
hygrometer may cause malfunction and will invalidate the warranty.
