Hello I’d like some information. I tried all the things listed. The error message is suction 121 and it sounds like it’s connected to the machine where it’s loosing suction.

Communicating with Syneron During any communication with the service department at Syneron, or with any of the service depots, it is necessary to mention the serial number of the VelaShape III system being discussed.     The field service engineer servicing the system should be familiar with the safety information provided in this chapter.     Service Manual System Installation VelaShape III 3.4. System Dimensions Space should be allocated with adequate ventilation and free airflow. The working area for the system should be prepared according to the system dimensions presented in Figure 3-1. In order to guarantee proper ventilation, always keep the sides of the system at least 0.5m (20") from the wall or from other obstructions to air flow.

This is not common when servicing the system in the field. Before you remove the handle bar, you must remove the cover with a small, flat screwdriver as shown in Figure 4-1.
