Hello I’d like some information. I tried all the things listed. The error message is suction 121 and it sounds like it’s connected to the machine where it’s loosing suction.

Contents of This Manual This service manual includes the following chapters: • Chapter 1: Introduction Provides the scope of the manual and a list of applicable documents. • Chapter 2: Safety and Regulatory Describes safety issues regarding the use, service and maintenance of the VelaShape III system.
All service must be performed by an authorized service engineer and all parts must be purchased from Syneron. Failure to obtain service and parts through Syneron voids all warranties, express and implied. Please call Syneron or your local representative for details.
VelaShape III 1.5.5. Communicating with Syneron During any communication with the service department at Syneron, or with any of the service depots, it is necessary to mention the serial number of the VelaShape III system being discussed. The serial number may be found on the system's nameplate, adhered to the system's rear panel (see Figure 1-1).

This is not common when servicing the system in the field. Before you remove the handle bar, you must remove the cover with a small, flat screwdriver as shown in Figure 4-1.
