• The playard requires adult assembly.
• The playard must be fully erected prior to use.
• Ensure that all latches are secure.
• Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious injury or
death.
• The lowest position is the safest and should be used as soon as your child starts
sitting up.
• Infants can suffocate in gaps between a mattress too small or too thick and product
sides and on soft bedding.
• Use ONLY the mattress provided with this product. Never add a mattress, pillow,
comforter, or padding.
• Do not use any attachments or items not included in this instruction manual with this
playard.
• Do not suspend strings over the playard or attach strings to toys.
• Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string around a child's neck
such as hood strings or pacifier cord.
• Do not place the playard near a window where cords from blinds or drapes can
strangle your child.
• Discontinue use of the product when child is able to climb out of the playard.
• Do not modify the playard or add any attachments that are not listed in the instruction
manual.
• Do not use the playard if there are any loose or missing fasteners, loose joints, broken
parts, or torn fabric etc.
