Through extensive research and development and strenuous testing we have provided an ultra-premium product for your recovery needs. HOW TO USE The PolishLight™ can be used with or without the powered vibration. If you desire the powered vibration you can select f rom 4 intensity levels. This is accomplished by pressing the TT logo in the center. Press the TT logo 1 time.

LUMBAR PolishLight Stand against a padded wall placing the on one side of your middle back. Tighten your abs and slowly bend your knees to move the ball across the side of your middle back. Stay clear of rolling the ball directly over your spine. Repeat on the other side of the middle back.

CHARGING Fully charge before first use. To charge, connect the adapter to the charging port and plug into wall charger. Orange LED lights illuminate to show battery level and indicate active charging. LED lights will remain illuminated when fully charged while adapter is plugged in. Unit may be recharged at any time and at any battery level.

TimTam will repair or replace the prod- uct, or necessary components, free of charge if the PolishLight™ fails due to a defect in material or workmanship To have it repaired or replaced under the warranty, it must be reviewed to ensure there is a valid warranty.
