4. Press FILTER RESET again for less than 1 second.
Selected filter light and icon will remain steady ON.
5. Press and hold FILTER RESET button for 3 seconds
until both icon and filter light are off. The filter timer(s)
is now reset.
The cleaning intervals are intended as guidelines only.
Performance of any filter media is dependent upon the
concentration of contaminants going through the system.
High concentrations of contaminants such as dust,
pet dander and smoke particles will reduce the useful
performance of the filter and they may need to be replaced
more frequently.
MAINTAINING THE WASHABLE MESH
PRE-FILTER:
The Mesh Pre-filter captures larger airborne particles that
enter the air purifier. This Pre-filter can be periodically
removed and shaken or vacuumed clean. Alternatively, it
can be rinsed by hand under warm water to clean. Let the
Pre-filter air dry completely before inserting it back in to
the unit. Secure all of the tabs in the matching slots on the
unit. The two center tabs should be facing out.

CLEANING THE PARTICLE SENSOR:

(See page 1, Component #7)
Open the particle sensor door with your fingers or using
a coin. Use a dry cotton swab to clean the three openings
shown of any debris. DO NOT use any cleaners or liquids.

REPLACEMENT FILTERS:

• Granular Carbon Filter
• Certified True HEPA Filter
For HPA710C replace with value pack HRF-LQ710C.
For HPA720C replace with value pack HRF-LQ720C.
Both value packs contain 1

True-HEPA filter, to be replaced annually.
NOTE: These filters are not interchangeable. They will only
fit within the correct model of your air purifier. Be sure
to note the model of your air purifier before purchasing
replacement filters.
To ensure stated product performance, use only Genuine
Honeywell Filters.

CLEANING AND STORAGE:

We recommend that you clean the air purifier at least once
every 3 months and before extended storage.
Use only a dry cloth to wipe the external surfaces of the air
purifier.
DO NOT USE WATER, WAX POLISH, OR ANY CHEMICAL
SOLUTION.
If your air purifier will not be used for more than 30 days,
we recommend that you:
• Remove the
True HEPA Filter from the unit.
• Wrap the
True HEPA Filter in an air tight plastic bag.
• Remove the

air tight plastic bag.
