94ACC0164 UPS Battery Backup with
General Features
The UPS Battery Backup with Speaker is a cable cover with an integrated battery pack and a speaker.
In case of a power loss the VMC can be powered via the backup battery.
Please note that the UPS Battery Backup with Speaker is not compatible with 94ACC0175 Quick
Change V-Mount.
The pack contains the following components
1 x UPS Battery Backup with Speaker

4 x M3x10 phillips head
•
1 x UPS electronics
•
1x power supply metal plate 12/24/48 VDC, UPS
•
1 x cable 404040.100
•
1 x cable 404041.100
•
1 x cable 403040.000
•
Assembling cable passage on the VMC
There are 3 types of cable passages which must be assembled before the cable cover can be
installed.
Type 1:
e.g. USB Cable e.g. power cord
Speaker
Type 2: Type 3:
no cable
Depending on the cable diameter choose the best fitting cable passage type
1 or type 2. Cut the cable passage on the thin side (circle marked).

Insert the cable with the mounted cable passage
in the VMC housing (the wide side of the passage
must be on top). Use closed cable passage for
unused cable slots.
