Healthy Grill
Before First Use
1. Remove any labels and/or swing tickets.
2. Follow the instructions for cleaning the Healthy Grill.
DO NOT IMMERSE ANY PART OF THE HEALTHY GRILL BODY IN WATER.
3. Follow the HOW TO USE instructions to run the Healthy Grill with the Lid
minutes.
It is normal for smoke and a hot smell to be emitted during this process; manufacturing
residues are being removed.
TAKE CARE NOT TO TOUCH THE COOKING SURFACES
BECOME VERY HOT DURING THIS PROCESS.
4. Allow the Healthy Grill to cool.
How To Use
1. The Healthy Grill should always be used on a flat and stable heat resistant surface. Ensure
that the sides of the Healthy Grill are at least 10cm from surrounding walls and objects.
2. If required position the Drip Tray
beneath the Draining Channel

3. Plug the Mains Plug
into a mains socket (check your supply is compatible with
the Rating Information) and switch on at the socket. The Red Power On Light
illuminate.
4. Allow the Healthy Grill to preheat until the Green 'Ready to Cook' Light

may extinguish, then illuminate, throughout the
cooking process, as the Healthy Grill maintains the set temperature.
Use as a Sandwich Toaster
1. Use the Handle
to fully raise the Lid

2. Prepare the sandwich and place it on the bottom Cooking Surface
3. Use the Handle
to lower the Lid

The Lid
must be fully lowered to toast sandwiches and has a floating hinge which
allows the top Cooking Surface
to press down evenly on the sandwich.

4. When the sandwich is cooked, use the Handle
to fully raise the Lid

The Healthy Grill is most suitable for tender cuts of meat. Less tender cuts of meat should
