Contents: 1 Seat, 1 Cylinder, 1 Base tool tray with 2 small
drawers, 1 Big drawer
• Do not exceed rated capacity of 300 lbs. (includes seated
person and stored items).
• Examine before using. If casters, cylinder or seat appear
damaged, discontinue use.
• Use on smooth, level, seamless surfaces only.
• Sit down gently. Avoid shock loads caused by jumping or
falling onto seat.
• Various components on this chair may present a pinch
hazard. Use caution when opening and closing drawers/trays.
• Do not stand on seat.
• Avoid sitting on edge of seat.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Insert Cylinder into center hole of Base Assembly.
2. Place Seat on top of assembled Base/Cylinder.
