PARTS & INSTALLATION INSTALLATION 1. Separate the individual pieces of the mount assembly. 2. Lay the TV on a safe, flat surface with the monitor side facing down as shown. 3. Place the two mounting brackets on the back of the TV, with the arrows pointing to the top of the TV, and evenly over the TV’s mounting screw holes. - Page 5 THREAD DEPTH INDICATOR (Not included) a. Insert a thread depth indicator through the thread inserts found on the back of the flat panel. Make sure the inserts measure the same full depth. Mark the depth. b. Locate the correct diameter screw for the thread insert. Match your marked length to the screws. c.

Install the wall plate at the desired wall location for the TV. a. Dry-wall mounting Note: Dry-wall must be thicker than 1.5” (39mm) and wall studs must be more than 2.75” (70mm) thick. Unscrew the two screws on the wall mount bracket. This will allow access to the bottom mounting later.
