You can only use this port with JRex-GX1 modules. The line drivers conform to the IEEE RS232C standard. Refer to the BIOS Operation chapter (I/O Device Configuration Submenu) in your JRex manual for information on configuraton.

MOPSlcd7 Product Manual VGA Interface PCI Bus JFLEX-VISUALISATION1 fully supports the PCI bus as defined in PCI Local Bus Specification Rev. 2.0. Power Supply JFLEX-VISUALISATION1 boards need +5V and +12V for backlight use if necessary. Onboard 3.3V-circuitry and low-voltage panels are powered by the voltage provided by the JRex board.
