an electronic accessory has been designed to connect specially to
iPod, iPhone, or iPad, respectively, and has been certified by the
developer to meet Apple performance standards. Apple is not
responsible for the operation of this device or its compliance with
safety and regulatory standards. Please note that the use of this
accessory with iPod, iPhone, or iPad may affect wireless
performance.

Warranty

OLALA power banks are covered by OLALA 12-months warranty
from the date of its original purchase. If any problem occurs, please
contact us by email. We will instruct you on how to return the
defective unit back to us for repair / replacement. We only provide
warranty cover for products purchased from OLALA or OLALA
authorized distributor. If you have purchased your charger from a
different seller, please contact your seller for warranty cover and
post-sales services.
