For best performance, the ambient room temperature should be 25° C. • For optimal performance wait between 8-10 minutes from start-up, to allow the Therm-App to reach an initial steady temperature state. • In order to establish a baseline temperature, have 3 healthy people with regular temperatures pass in front of the camera. - Page 7 When you receive an alert for an individual, check more thoroughly with a thermometer. • The Therm-App is affected by the ambient temperature of its surroundings and it provides relative temperature readings, as opposed to a thermometer which gives absolute temperature readings.

Therm-App is designed exclusively to work on Android OS and Linux. • How do I get my hands on the Software Developer’s Kit for this? We are happy to provide the SDK for you. - Page 13 I’m not getting a temperature reading and the screen says “overflow”. This occurs if an object in the screen surpasses 60°, which is beyond our calibration range. Remove the object and check again.
