RECIPE IDEAS: Here are a few recipe ideas to try with your waffle maker: TRADITIONAL WAFFLES 3 free range eggs 170ml semi-skimmed milk 230g Self raising flour 30g Sugar 100g Butter. Switch on the ST15 Waffle Maker and allow to heat up while you make the waffle mix. The red and green lights will be illuminated. Melt the butter and allow to cool slightly. Whisk 3 eggs in a mixing bowl. Add the melted butter, sugar and milk Mix thoroughly and stir, carefully fold in the flour. -

Switch on the ST15 Waffle Maker and allow to heat up while you make the waffle mix. The red and green lights will be illuminated. Melt the butter and allow to cool slightly. Whisk 4 eggs in a mixing bowl. Add the melted butter, sugar, water, vanilla essence and rum. Mix thoroughly and stir in the flour. When the green light goes out, it is time to start cooking your waffles.
