WARNING
Before inspecting,
cleaning or servicing the
machine, shut off engine,
wait for all moving parts to
come to a complete stop,
disconnect spark plug wire
and move wire away from
spark plug.
Failure to follow these
instructions can result in
serious personal injury or
property damage.

REQUIRED MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

PROCEDURE
Check engine oil level
Clean engine
Check drive belt tension
Check nuts and bolts
Change engine oil
Lubricate tiller
Service engine air cleaner system
Check gear oil level in
transmission
Check tines for wear
Check air pressure in tires
(if so equipped)
Service spark plug
Check Anti-Reverse Stake
* Change more frequently in dusty or dirty conditions. Change after first 2 hours of
break-in operation.
Check after first 2 hours of break-in operation.
