RVibrake3 is activated by an accelerometer that detects changes in inertia, the same force that draws your chest forward in a braking.
Q. I have to disconnect my battery for towing. Can I power the RVibrake3 with the motorhome from my umbilical cord? A. You never want to power your RVibrake3 off of the motorhome. If you have a breakaway, then the RVibrake3 no longer has power. You need it connected to the towed battery.
