Features: This vacuum sealer helps keep your food fresher for longer in sealed airtight bags. Included with your vacuum sealer is a set of starter bags as well as this instruction manual. This model has some great features that make vacuuming your food even easier: Compact, slimline design for easy use and storage. - Page 5 Preparing cheese: Vacuum pack cheese after each use – making a custom-sized bag that is slightly longer than needed will make it easier to reseal each time. IMPORTANT: due to the risk of anaerobic bacteria, soft cheeses should never be vacuum packed. Preparing vegetables: For best results, blanch vegetables before vacuum packing.
