Cooking Surface USING STAINLESS STEEL RACK Before first use, ensure that all parts of the Stainless Steel Rack and Zakarian 14” Rapid Skillet are clean and wiped down. The Stainless Steel Rack can be used to steam items inside the Skillet. It is not designed for use in an oven or other cooking appliance. -
