- Page 2 Assembly Instructions Lay the wire rack on the floor, and stand one of the side sup- ports next to it. Align the holes at the bottom of the side sup- port with the holes at the end of the rack. Insert the screws through each leg of the side support and into the rack.
- Page 3 Position the lower hanger bar between the midpoint of the side supports, so that the holes are aligned on the interior of the support. Secure with bolts inserted from the outside of the side supports. (Be sure to thread each bolt through a washer.) Position the upper hanger bar between the side supports so that the holes align.
- Page 4 Lay the cart on its side. Screw the two locking casters into the ends of the side supports that are diagonally opposite each other. Use the wrench to tighten the nuts on the casters. Repeat with the non-locking casters. free-rolling caster locking caster...
