STEP 1:
Attach frame tubes to Chore Cart tub using four (4) 5/16"-18 x 1" elevator bolts.
STEP 2A:
Secure the caster wheels to the caster bracket using two (2) 5/16"-18 x 3/4" bolts per side through the outer
most holes. Mount caster bracket to frame tube assembly with two (2) 5/16"-18 x 2" bolts per side
through casters. (NOTE: 2" Bolts must go through caster wheels, caster bracket, and frame tube assembly.)
STEP 2B:
Mount axle bracket to frame tube assembly using two (2) 5/16"-18 x 2" bolts.

STEP 3:
Install axle rod through axle bracket. Slide both wheels onto axle rod. Install one (1) 5/8" flat washer on
each side of the wheel and one (1) cotter pin on the axle.
